PG Grade: 9.5
Jermaine is a 2005 grad from Los Angeles High School in Los Angeles California. He has a very strong durable athletic body with big bone structure and excellent present strength. Jermaine is a high energy player who is confident on the field and has fun playing baseball. He has a simple approach in the batter's box and a strong, aggressive swing that generates serious bat speed. The ball really jumps off Jermaine's bat when he centers it. Defensively, Jermaine has raw fundamentals but is a Major League average runner (6.86 60) with very good arm strength. He brings the same type of energy and aggressiveness to his defense as he does to his offensive game. Jermaine is a very high ceiling player with pro level tools across the board that just need some polishing and some repetitions. It wouldn't surprise us to see him as a good draft pick if everything works out right for him. He's an athlete.
