Sammy is a 2005 MIF from Markham, ON, Can with a 6'2"/170 pound frame. He showed good actions in the infield with solid mechanics. He showed good footwork with above average range. He made quick accurate throws. He has a soft glove and made some difficult plays in the hole. As a LH hitter, he showed a very aggressive approach to the strike zone. He's a good contact hitter with solid middle-of-the-field power. He has good bat control and he is a disciplined hitter. Probably profiles best at 2B for the next level.
