Braden Schwartz is a 2029 C/UT with a 5-11 136 lb. frame from Louisville, KY who attends Martha Layne Collins. Slender young build. 7.50 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up one knee down, longer glove to hand exchange, young arm strength, developing lower half strength and quickness coming out of his crouch. Switch-hitter at the plate, has a similar set up and bat speed from both sides, sets up in an even base with a short knee lift trigger, inside swing path, has some hand quickness and releases his hands and turns the barrel on time, has good bat speed for his size and age and repeats his timing well, nice young hitting tools to continue to develop. Excellent student.
