Erick Winchester II is a 2025 RHP/1B, OF with a tall, proportional, athletic, 6-2 175 lb. frame from Modesto, CA who attends Joseph A. Gregori HS. Started off the event clocking a 6.99 60-yard dash. A primary first baseman that pitches as well. At the plate, Winchester the 2nd showed the ability to use the whole field, peppering the gaps with line drives. Defensively he fits the first base profile perfectly and demonstrated he could make all the required plays and throws confidently. On the mound he features a 2-pitch mix (FB, SL) out of a 3/4 slot. Shows fundamentally sound mechanics and a repeatable delivery. A strike thrower that attacks the zone with a heavy diet of fastballs. Works extremely fast and up tempo running the fastball to 77. Excellent student.
