Griffiths pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a good arm action. He has good arm speed and pitches on a good downward plane. Griffiths has nice mechanics and stays smooth through his delivery. At the plate, Griffiths has a balanced approach and stays balanced through his swing. He has quick hands and a nice short stroke. Defensively, Griffiths moves well defensively and has good hands. He has good arm strength with carry on this throws. Griffiths is an athletic player and is a two way prospect. Good student.
