Primary shortstop on defense, has good fundamental footwork and works around the ball with good body control, has speed and agility in his actions, fields the ball cleanly, playable arm strength. Right handed hitter, gets his foot down early out front and was consistently on time, stays inside the ball with a well controlled swing and plenty of gap to gap line drive contact, good hitting base to continue to grow into as he gets stronger. Good student.
