Brody Cole is a 2029 SS/RHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from South Park, PA who attends South Park. Long and lean athletic build with lots of physical projection remaining. 7.34 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, moves well laterally and gets around the ball well, good angles into his throws, longer arm action and makes accurate throws, lots of athletic projection in the middle of the field. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a hanging leg raise timer and deep hand load, line drive swing plane with good extension through contact, flashed some lift, has present bat speed for his age with more to come. Also pitched, works from a side step delivery with a medium leg raise, moves well down the mound. Fastball was in the low 80's with some running life, more velocity there as he gets stronger. Also threw a 11/5 curveball and a firm change up. Good student. Named to the PG Pennsylvania Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
