Ricky Claudio is a 2009 RHP with a 6'3'', 193 lb. frame from Plantation, FL who attends American HS. Tall, athletic build, very projectable. Low effort delivery, solid pitching mechanics, long and loose arm, high 3/4's release, throws downhill. FB 82-86 mph with late sink, pitches in and out, good feel for change, slow CB needs work. Very effective, has presence. Should keep improving He was named to the top prospect team at this event.
