2025 PG 14U Midwest All-State Games (Invite Only)
Patrick Patrello is a 2028 OF/RHP/SS with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Madison, WI who attends Madison West. Recorded an 8.00 second sixty yard dash time. Tall frame with a lean build. Primary outfielder with some quickness to the feet and moves well. Some feel to round the ball and fields off the back foot with extra steps into the transfer with a deeper arm action and a downhill release. Also threw on the mound. The right-handed pitcher works from the stretch only with a leg lift up to the knee with a medium, in-line stride down the mound. The hands start at the belt and works them up to the letters before a compact takeaway and accelerates through from a three- quarter angle. Good arm speed and swing with some feel to repeat the mechanics. The fastball (2119 RPM) was low-to-upper-70s and topped out at 78 with some arm-side tail when he worked the glove-side. The curveball (2380 RPM) was mid-60s and had good 11-5 shape and depth with feel to land it in the strike zone. Some hump out of the hand but showed consistent spin and good vertical depth. Was able to get quick outs. Left-handed hitter starts from an even stance with a high back elbow, utilizes a high leg lift trigger. Compact hand path with a slightly uphill bat plane. Line drive impact to all fields and looks to impact it out front. Good student. Named to the 14U Midwest All-State Games Top Prospect List.
