Wes O'Connor is a 2025 LHP with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Oakville, ON. Features a lanky build with plenty of room to add. Primary left-handed pitcher. Utilizes a semi-windup delivery into tall and fall mechanics. Gets down the mound with tempo. Throws from a high 3/4 slot with quality arm speed present. Fastball sat 70-73 mph with slight armside run. Pounds the zone and generates weak ground balls frequently with the offering. Pairs it with a curveball at 61-64 mph with slurve action. Creates a fair amount of bite when spun well. Still developing consistent command of the offering. Flashed a changeup at 66-67 mph fading action. Showed the ability to turn it over well at times. A projectable arm overall with a solid pitching foundation already present.
