Wandy Starlin Perez is a 2023 RHP/ with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Mendoza, NY who attends Citius Baseball Academy. Good body with broad shoulders and room to add strength. Primary right-handed pitcher who only pitched during the event. Side step into a leg lift at the belt and a compact arm swing. High three-quarters arm slot and opens up the front side a bit early on foot strike. Velocity is pretty easy and delivery is fairly low effort. Fastball sat 88-90 mph with high spin 2400+ rpm. Lands the changeup to the glove side for strikes and showed good feel for the breaking ball. Three pitch mix with a lot more coming.
