Ryan Brown is a 2025 LHP/1B with a 5-11 186 lb. frame from La Mesa, CA who attends Mater Dei Catholic. Features a medium, athletic frame. On the mound he has an easy, repeatable operation. His fastball has cut and locates it well in all four quadrants. Curveball has high spin and one-seven shape with bite. At first base showed effortless lateral movement with proper footwork and glove mechanics. He has a quick arm with accurate double play feeds. At the plate he has a wider base with a slight leg lift. He has torque in his hips with the ability to generate from the lower half. He stays connected with an up the middle approach. He is a good student.
