Mike Lynn is a 2008 C/1B with a 5'10'', 221 lb. frame from Newmarket, Ontario, who attends Sacred Heart. Lynn has present strength in his body. Defensively he threw 64 mph from behind the plate with a 2.38 pop time. At the plate he is a left handed hitter who hits from a wide base. He has solid swing mechanics, and swings with a line drive swing plane. He makes solid contact when he centers the ball. Lynn stays balanced through his swing and he gets leverage at the point of contact. He has a quiet approach, and soft hands behind the plate. He has baseball skills he just needs to get in better shape. If that happens, his grade could sky rocket.
