John Drobnitch is a 2027 2B/C/3B with a 5-5 110 lb. frame from Englewood, CO who attends Cherry Creek. Thin frame at present with time to fill. Ran a 8.52 60-yard dash. Primary second baseman, two hand funnel out front, lets the ball get deep and fields it closer to the body, developing lateral coordination and feel for both forehand and backhand, low slinger slot across body on throws. Secondary catcher, segmented process, working to gain feel for fluid transition out of crouch to transfer, accuracy to the bag, similar low slot on throws down to the bag. Right-handed hitter, even base and slightly open, high hands with a deeper load that creates some barrel wrap, short knee lift trigger to square, busy hands late create opposite field contact. Strength will greatly benefit every aspect of the current profile. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
