Alessio Casasanta is a 2027 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Aurora, ON who attends St Maximilian Kolbe. Big and physical build with good present strength and plenty more to come. Left handed hitter, sets up in a spread and open stance with a hand raise load and an inward toe tap timer, limited weight shift forward, very fast hands and big present bat speed, blocks off his front side hard and will hit around the ball at times but can really impact the ball when he gets extended, big hitting tools to continue to develop. 3.83 runner in the thirty. Primary outfielder on defense, has big arm strength as his top defensive tool, long and loose arm action, comes to the ball well enough. Would be interesting to see on the mound. Good student. Named to the PG Canadian National Showcases Qualifier (Friday) Top Prospect List.
