Michael Bell is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 6-2 156 lb. frame from Fort Worth, TX who attends North Crowley. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, lean build with physical projection and room to fill throughout moving forward. Right-handed pitcher, works out of the stretch with an up-tempo pace and gets to a higher slot at release, effort out of the hand but athleticism allows for body control coming down the slope. Fastball topped out at 87 mph, creates some cary out of the hand, will continue to refine a consistent release point but showed ability to go in on hitters and tie them up. Continued to find a feel for secondary pitches throughout outing and began to sequence; curveball shows short shape to it up to 72 mph with feel to land it in the zone, clean release overall. Turns over the changeup with quality spin and late fading life up to 74 mph. Showed feel for three pitch mix and projects moving forward. Excellent student.
