Keagan McShea is a 2027 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-3 110 lb. frame from Philadelphia, PA who attends William Penn Charter. Works from a smaller frame with physical upside. Primary right-handed pitcher, worked exclusively from the stretch, fast-paced operation, lifts the leg up to the belt before breaking into a shorter arm path, filled up the zone with the fastball, topped at 69 mph. Flashed looping breaking ball to disrupt hitters. Projects for more velocity with added strength. Secondary shortstop, smooth glove actions, good lateral range, clean arm action, delivered accurate throws, recorded arm strength up to 67 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, starts in an upright even base with tight hands, creates good separation, strides forward, consistent contact to the middle of the field, projects well as a hitter, recorded an exit velocity of 64 mph. Ran an 8.18 sixty-yard dash. Good student.
