Evan Parmer is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Berkeley Preparatory. The primary pitcher has a wiry athletic frame with lots of room to fill. He ran a 7.01 in the sixty yard dash. He started square with a small side step and higher leg lift. Tall to balance with some leg drive to get to foot strike. Loose arm on the back side and a low 3/4 release. Good arm side run on the fastball that caused timing issues. Repeats well with good arm speed. Kept his arm speed on his change up that showed some late sink. The secondary outfielder has a smooth approach with a clean exchange and good extension on the release that helped the throws carry. The right-handed hitter has a high elbow load with a short stride, and a small hand trigger to start. He rotates hard and looks to pull. Some hand strength at contact.
