Jackson Wentworth is a 2021 RHP/3B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Urbandale, IA who attends Waukee. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Works from the stretch with a simple turn and throw delivery, can gather over the rubber better for more lower half involvement and drive, extended 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 91 mph, maintained his velocity well. Tunnels his curveball well with his fastball, gets over it well with good downer dept and tilt and shows feel for landing the pitch. Gets nice fading life on his change up. Starter arsenal with the ability to mix his pitches and throw strikes. Good student, verbal commitment to Kansas State.
