Enas Hayden is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Indianapolis, IN who attends Lawrence North. Tall athletic build with good lower half strength and plenty of room to get stronger. Simple delivery mechanics on the mound, short and quick arm action from an over the top arm slot, will fall off to the first base side at times and lose his direction. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, mostly straight with occasional running action, best command and action was to the glove side. Slider was his best pitch this outing, has late biting action with good tilt and depth, threw his slider for strikes. Solid overall outing. Good athlete for a primary pitcher, 6.97 runner in the sixty and showed good athleticism in the outfield with a quick release on his throws and good glove actions out front. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a big stride into contact that can impact his timing and balance, flashes power when everything is in sync. Excellent student.
