Elvin Delic is a 2021 SS/OF/RHP with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Elk Grove, CA who attends Cosumnes Oaks. Slender athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Ran a 6.67 sixty at the Junior National Showcase. Very strong defensive player, plays shortstop with confidence and athleticism, works through the ball exceptionally well, smooth hands, has plenty of carry across the diamond, made difficult plays in the games look easy. Defense is ahead of his bat at present, right handed hitter with a big move into contact and a high leg lift trigger, long and extended swing, difficult mechanics to keep timed consistently. Also pitched, very rotational delivery, hides the ball well and has a quick arm. Fastball topped out at 86 mph, threw a big breaking slurve type curveball with good power when he was out front with it. Excellent student. Named to the Underclass All-American Games Top Prospect List.
