O'Kelly McWilliams IV is a 2019 RHP/MIF, OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Oakton, VA who attends Flint Hill HS. Recorded a 6.76 second 60-yard dash time. High-waisted, lean build with plenty of room to fill and quick twitch athleticism. Primary righthanded pitcher with a long arm action. Slight wrap and has a simple side into the windup. Leg lift above the belt and clears the front side properly. Good arm speed and the fastball was recorded up to 84 mph with some arm side life. Stays online well and maintains arm speed on the breaking ball. Curveball has good, late bite and 11/5 shape. Athletic delivery and could use a bit more overall balance. Secondary infielder with a clean arm and good carry on throws. Looseness and fluidity to actions. Footwork plays well and has good tools and actions. Righthanded hitter with a wide base, high hand set, and high back elbow. Looseness to hands and consistent line drives off the barrel. Repeats well and works to all field.s Projects for more power as he continues to add strength. Named to the 2018 NUC East Top Prospect List. Good student.
