Eric Erato is a 2020 3B/ with a 5-9 137 lb. frame from Sussex, WI who attends Hamilton. Young, athletic frame with medium present build; good projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.65 seconds. Sets up to hit from left side of the plate, good balance to slightly upright and open stance, inside-out swing path with good barrel feel, executes approach well and does a good job spraying line drives to all fields. Controls barrel well, adept at situational hitting and bunting as well. Shows solid raw actions in the infield, good to both sides with hand smoothness, solid range as well. Accurate throws across the diamond up to 73 MPH. Pitched as well, throws from high three quarters arm slot, a bit offline in hips through delivery, shows solid command to glove side with fastball that sat 72-74 MPH. Mixed in curveball as well with solid 11/5 shape and depth. Did a very good job throwing strikes and keeping the ball on the ground.
