Justin Webster is a 2021 RHP/1B, OF with a 6-5 180 lb. frame from Pembroke Pines, FL who attends American Heritage. There is a ton of physical projection in the right-handed pitchers slender and long frame. Pretty balanced throughout his delivery with a slight turn at the top that can help hide the ball during his arm swing. It's a full arm stroke with some quickness in the shoulder and a 3/4 release. Some cut at times to the mid-80s fastball that gets downer plane with he stays on top. 11/5 shape to his curveball that is softer on the velocity side but has good break and feel to locate it to the glove side. He flashes a fading changeup as well. Both off speed pitches will play way up when he throws them with conviction. Easy to dream on his upside and he is already forcing a lot of soft contact from hitters. Very good student.
