Arnold Perez is a 2017 OF with a 5-10 162 lb. frame from Corpus Christi, TX who attends Carroll HS. Slender young athletic build, plenty of room to fill out and get stronger. Right handed hitter, high elbow busy load, load creates timing and length inconsistency, swings hard and has a loose extended swing, ball comes off the barrel well when squared, best on pitches middle in, can improve with additional strength and adjustments to his swing start. 7.09 runner, moves well to the ball on defense, has young athleticism, loose and long arm action with developing footwork and arm strength, makes accurate throws. Has the tools to keep improving with time and physical maturity. Good student.
