Patrick McGinn is a 2019 OF/IF with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Cedar Rapids, IA who attends Xavier HS. Recorded a 7.21 second 60-yard dash time. Long limbed frame with a lean build and plenty of room for additional strength. Primary outfielder with a compact arm stroke and arm strength recorded up to 82 mph into the infield. Accurate to the bag with a lower arm slot and has solid footwork and use of the lower half. Lefthanded hitter with a lower hand set, high back elbow, and a slightly open stance. Flashes quickness to his hands and ability to create leverage. Line drive swing path and has some loft to the plane when on time. Good student.
