2020 PG Underclass All American Games
Noah Kang is a 2022 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Edmond, OK who attends Edmond Memorial. He showed good speed with a 6.75 second sixty. A primary shortstop with a large build with room to fill on the frame. In the infield he showed good athleticism moving laterally, he bends at the waist with the glove working out front before showing a stiff arm action using mostly upper body to throw across the diamond. At the plate, he starts his right-handed swing with a balanced stance and hands set by his ear, the barrel works level through the zone with line drives to the gaps when timed up right as he showed in game action with consistent barrels up the middle, could easily project more power into the swing with added strength to the frame. Very good student. Verbal commitment to Oklahoma.
