Jake Lenahan is a 2024 RHP/1B with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from South Abington Township, PA who attends Abington Heights. Strong and sturdy build. Has a fluid delivery on the mound, full hands over head start with a clean arm circle in back and a 3/4's arm slot coming through, finishes tall with leverage to the plate. Fastball worked in the mid-80's and topped out at 86 mph, has been 88-90 at PG tournaments this summer, pounded the strike zone with his fastball and threw to spots. Slurve type breaking ball flashed some sharpness, killed the spin on change up will with good sinking depth. Polished pitcher with command of three pitches and a good idea on how to pitch. Also plays first base when not on the mound. Right handed hitter who has an aggressive approach and some juice off the barrel, meets the ball out front and creates leverage, some two way potential at the next level. Elite level student, verbal commitment to Holy Cross.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
