Bryson Claiborne is a 2023 OF/SS with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Decatur, AL who attends Austin. Medium frame with a lean build. Ran a 7.05 second sixty yard dash. Primary Outfielder, quick first step as he slows down to make sure of a clean gather. Two-hand scoop at times before working into transfer. Threw it 76 mph with accurate throws. Secondary Shortstop, sitting back on the baseball before working into it. Deep gather and proved to be accurate with throws. Threw it 70 mph during drills. Right-Handed Hitter, closed off front side to start with high hands. Works into separation and fires the hands as he proved to have bat speed. Stays linear and makes sure to stay inside the baseball. Peppered the middle of the field with line drives. Will make big strides with a strength gain as the swing is mechanical sound. Great Student.
