Hunter Watson is a 2026 C/RHP/1B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Tuttle, OK who attends Tuttle. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and present strength to frame, longer limbs, additional room to fill moving forward. Ran a 7.77 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, lower set behind the plate with quickness to lower half actions, receives out front and shows a quick transfer and release, real arm strength and carry on throws with excellent accuracy to second base. Similar quick arm on throws across the infield, shows athleticism to change slot going up the middle, nice accuracy on throws. Big time upside on the mound and graded best here; compact and powerful delivery with a short and quick arm stroke through the backside. Fastball jumps out of hand, topped out at 88 mph with carry to it up in zone and heavy life when located down. Missed bats with all three pitches, heater can overpower hitters. Spun some above average sliders up to 82 mph with depth and late darting life while turning over a changeup up to 78 mph with fading life to arm side; three real pitches on the mound. Right-handed hitter, begins with a spread stance and a high hand set at the plate, utilizes a toe tap trigger for timing in the box. Hands stay high prior to launch, looks to lift at the point of contact and employs an all fields approach, shows strength in his hands and able to generate some jump when on time, can implement additional lower half into swing.
