Taylor Puck is a 2024 SS/ utility player from Ames, IA who attends Gilbert. She is a player that has the ability to help her team out wherever she is needed and does a great job being a constant player. Defensively, she has a strong glove when she slows down. Does a great job reading the ball off the bat and does a great job moving lateral to the ball. Good solid arm slot on throws and keeps the ball on a line. Overall can be moved all around the infield and will do a great job making all routine plays. Offensively, she is a right handed stand in hitter who has a split grip in her swing. She is a good tall build with very good swing fundamentals. Generates really good pop and has big power potential to her pull side of the ball. Overall Taylor is a very strong athlete who has the ability to play at the next level.
