2007 Mid Atlantic Underclass Showcase
Marc McGough is a 2009 MIF with a 5'8'', 140 lb. frame from Media, PA who attends Penncrest. Marc has a lean build with a good amount of room to fill out and add strength. At the plate Marc has a good feel for hitting as he stays inside the ball well and makes consistent solid contact. He turns on the ball easily, but needs to make sure he doesn't rotational with his lower half. Once he adds strength he will be just fine at the plate. In the field Marc has great actions to play second base. He has very good footwork and a very quick release, making second an ideal position for him. Marc is a player that should attract the attention of many mid-level college programs.
