Ava Harris is a 2025 3B/1B from Overland Park, KS who attends Shawnee Mission South. Ava is an exceptional athlete who showcases a lot of athleticism and energy when she steps on the field. Ava is an athlete that with her presence at the plate and on the field you immediately want to step up your game and play around her. Defensively, Ava is a solid glove at third base and has exceptional range East and West to the ball. One of the smoothest infielders I have seen, she is a player that makes every play look routine. Offensively, Ava has next level power. Super strong right handed power hitter who does not get cheated when she is at the plate. Has great barrel control and does a great job adjusting her timing depending on which pitch it coming. Overall Ava is a player that has the potential to be a Division on player. Her leadership and athleticism are there, and I cannot wait to see where she takes her game these next couple of years.
