Jordan Chavis is a 2008 OF/P/IF from William Henry Harrison HS, residing in Evansville, Indiana, with an athletic 5'10"/174 pound frame. Jordan has a quick bat from the right side with quick hands. He has a short bat path and makes solid barrel contact. Chavis has athletic actions in the outfield with good footwork. He has good arm speed at 81 mph and solid speed with a 7.00 - 60 yard. Jordan has a loose arm on the mound and pitches from a 3/4 arm slot. His fastball has late movement at 77 mph and the ball jumps on hitters. His changeup has fade at 64 mph and he has a tight curveball as well. Chavis is an excellent student.
