2006 Mid-Atlantic Top Prospect Showcase
David Roffman is a 2008 C/1B/3B that attends McLean HS and resides in McLean, VA with a 5'11", 160 lb. build. David has an athletic build with a little room to fill out. At the plate David is able to hit the ball all over the field but shows his best contact when he pulls the ball. David has little extension in his swing and really needs to extend his arms through the ball. Once his swing path improves he should see a lot of improvement at the plate. Behind the plate David showed off an accurate arm, but needs a little more arm strength to get his pop times lower. David is a kid that some smaller schools should take notice of.
