Sean Desjardins is a 2021 SS/MIF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Watetown, CT who attends Avon Old Farms. Medium frame with strong, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.29 seconds. Hits from even-based stance with leg lift trigger, keeps foot in air and holds hinge, long stride out with good shift in lower half, good bat speed with middle field approach, when on time the ball jumps. Worked out in the infield, shows athleticism with range to both sides, good lower half mechanics throughout, clean funnel with balance to gather, clocked up to 75 mph across with accuracy from multiple angles. Very good student.
