2022 Northern California Workout Showcase (Sunday)
Ethan King is a 2022 OF/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Oakland, CA who attends Redwood Christian Jr-Sr High S. Lean and very projectable frame. Ran the sixty in 6.77 seconds. A primary outfielder, he handled his body well when approaching plays and showed a long arm action on his throws. His top toss was clocked at 79 MPH. On the offensive side of the baseball he hit out of a spread out, square stance with a high back elbow setup. Utilizes a toe tap timing mechanism and displayed solid bat speed through the zone. The path has loft to it and he flashed pull side juice. Utilized the lower half consistently in his strokes. He's also a great student in the classroom.
