2024 Class of 2027 All-American Games
William McIntire is a 2027 RHP/IF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Boyd, TX who attends Boyd. Lean high-waisted build with lots of room to get stronger. Has a short and simple delivery with a 3/4's arm slot, quick and easy arm stroke, low effort release. Fastball topped out at 86 mph with lots more there as he gets stronger, has been up to 88 mph this summer at PG tournaments, gets some run on the inside half. Slider is a good pitch that tunnels the fastball well and has some two-plane shape and bite. Took off the slider occasionally for a bigger curveball look from the same release point. Change up was a quality pitch with good arm speed and some fading life. Throws strikes and has an idea how to sequence with three to four pitches he can throw at any count. Very good bet to keep improving. Named to the Class of 2027 All-American Games Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
