Rick Williams is a 2024 2B/RHP, 3B, SS with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Kirkwood, MO who attends Kirkwood Sr.. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and present physical strength proportioned throughout. Ran a 7.58 60-yard dash. Primary second baseman, plays quick with lateral range and can get off balance at times, shows softness to hands to either side, shows ability to throw accurately from multiple slots, extra step moving into release. Right-handed hitter, begins with a square and upright stance; utilizes a toe tap trigger for timing in the box. Long swing path through the zone and works on a linear plane, creates some present bat speed through the zone, gets rotational with swing. Can continue to implement additional lower half into swing, creates some present juice to pull side when fully extended out front. Good student.
