Jayden Kohn is a 2023 SS/OF with a 5-8 125 lb. frame from Bechtelsville, PA who attends Boyertown Area. Recorded a 5.42 second 40-yd dash time. Smaller frame with slender build and plenty of room to fill out. Primary infielder with a developing defensive skill set. Uses deliberate strides to field out in front fairly well, moving online towards his target with accurate throws across the diamond. Displays sound footwork through release and arm strength up to 70 mph. Right-handed hitter with an even stance, barrel tip hand load and leg lift trigger. Contact oriented stroke with quick hands, upward swing path and some bat-to-ball skills. Uses the whole field well with tendency to reach on the outer half of the plate. Young prospect will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength.
