Jack Brooker is a 2022 RHP/1B/OF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Boulder, CO who attends Niwot. Big and strong athletic build. Long arm action on the mound with an over the top arm slot, high leg lift start to his delivery, uses his lower half well to get down the mound, has some downhill angle to his pitched, has plenty of energy at release and will fall off hard to the first base side. Low 80's fastball, topped out at 84 mph early, mostly straight. Curveball was a solid pitch for him, has sharpness and a biting 12/6 downer break. Potential as a two-way player with his bat. Right handed hitter, creates nice bat speed, uses his strong lower half well in his swing, loose and strong hands at the ball, gets very nice carry when he's squared up. Primary first baseman when not on the mound. Good student. Named to the Lone Star Showcase Top Prospect List.
