Bryant Sparkman is a 2025 RHP/3B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Decatur, AL who attends Decatur Heritage Christian Academy. Nice young pitcher's build with lots of physical projection ahead of him, athletic look. Big high and flexible leg raise start, high 3/4's to over the top arm slot, big hip rotation to drive his lower half, long arm swing in back, lots of length to his present mechanics. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, mostly straight with big downhill angle when down in the zone. Curveball was a very promising pitch, gets over it very well and creates true 12/6 shape with good depth and bite, kind of pitch that changes eye levels effectively at higher levels. Has lots of time to get stronger and refine his delivery, follow closely. Excellent student. Named to the Fall Gulf Coast Showcase Top Prospect List.
