Ivan Sosa is a 2023 SS/ with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Managuayabo, SD who attends Dominican Republic. Big frame, has projection and looks the part. A primary infielder who has long strides and cuts angles well. Good to his backhand and stays under controlled. Deliberate movements and shows a big arm, up to 87. Looks like a third baseman and plenty of upside at the position. A right-handed hitter that uses a knee to knee lift and stretches hands well. Stays connected throughout and uses a very good turn to get hands through the zone. Has the ability to get out front and elevate to the pulls side. Good upside.
