Moises Moreno is a 2023 OF/ with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, NC who attends Cenapec. Tall with long limbs and a high waist, good body to build on. A primary outfielder that has a high and powerful crow hop, long arm action and very good raw arm strength, up to 87. A right-handed hitter with a small leg lift and front shoulder turn and then spins the barrel to contact. Loose swing and showed some jump off the barrel to the pull side. Wrists shows some life and uses them well through the ball.
