Andrew Hartsfield is a 2022 RHP/OF, UT with a 5-9 185 lb. frame from Morris, GA who attends Patalua Charter Academy. Ran a 7.78-second sixty-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher with a large frame and strong build. Has easy actions down the mound, getting long in the back with the arm action and into a t-position with the front side. Shows some feel for the strike zone with the fastball at 70-74 miles per hour, running it up to 75 and flashing some arm-side life when working down in the zone. Also showed feel for a mid-60s curveball to mix speeds and keep hitters off-balance. Secondary outfielder that fields deep with developing footwork, making throws with a long arm action and developing arm strength up to 69 miles per hour. Also worked out in the infield, showcasing developing range and quickness to the feet. Shows similar arm strength up to 72 miles per hour. Right-handed hitter that starts from an upright and even stance, staying on the backside through the swing with developing feel for the barrel. Posted an 85 mile per hour exit velocity. Good student.
