Tyler Herron is a 2021 C/RHP/IF with a 6-0 164 lb. frame from County Of Grande Prairie No 1, AB who attends Bellerose Composite High School. Slender athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Very athletic behind the plate on defense, flexible and loose in his lower half, sets up comfortably and is quick in his transitions to block and throw, stays low through his release, has present arm strength and makes accurate throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow open stance with a short and quick swing, shows feel for the barrel and can turn it for some pull power, has present bat speed and will keep adding more as he gets stronger. 7.26 runner. Impressive young catcher with tools. Named to the National Underclass Main Event Top Prospect List.
