Brier Williamson is a 2021 1B/3B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Oak Ridge, LA who attends Riverfield Academy. Large and physical frame. Ran a 7.31 second 60 yard dash. Primary first baseman, fields the baseball out in front with playable hands, throws with intent from quick turns to second base, shuffles into his release to add additional arm strength into throws, takes a long arm action into release with solid arm strength, topped out at 82 mph from first base. Secondary third baseman, worked out in the infield with similar actions as first base, actions play well at the corner infield positions, similar arm strength as at first base. Righthanded hitter, takes a high leg kick into contact, long swing path with a young barrel feel, will continue to improve at the plate with adde reps at the position. Outstanding student.
