Guillermo Pacheco is a 2020 RHP/ with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from La Mirada, CA who attends La Mirada. Large frame with long limbs and a slender build. Room to fill out moving forward. Ran a 7.88 second 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher with a simple side step to high leg lift delivery. Stays flexed on the backside at the gather and works to the plate with drop and drive actions. Lands in line to the plate and carries momentum down the hill. Compact arm circle in the back and into a release from a three-quarter arm slot. Fastball generates solid downhill angle through the zone with occasional running life at 82 MPH. Curveball shows a 10-to-5 shape with solid depth and tightness to spin. Looks to challenge hitters early in counts with the fastball offering and work the curveball when ahead. Very good student as well.
