Trevor Goff is a 2008 SS/OF with a 5'11'', 150 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV, who attends Centennial HS. Goff has a lean frame with an athletic look. Defensively he has solid arm strength on his throws across the diamond. Goff has nice actions with good footwork and soft hands that allow him to make all the plays in the middle of the diamond. He moves well to the ball with quickness and body control. Goff is a good defensive player. At the plate he is a left handed hitter who hits from a slightly open stance with a toe tap trigger. He has a line drive swing plane, and he shows bat speed through the hitting zone. Goff does a good job keeping his hands inside the ball showing the ability to hit to the opposite field. He is an aggressive player, especially on the bases. Goff runs the bases well and he has the ability to steal bases. He is a good student as well.
