Timmy Wagner is a 2021 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Hingham, MA who attends Boston College High School. Medium frame with slender, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.80 seconds. Hits from open stance with smaller leg lift trigger, hands work inside-out through swing, has some compact bat speed, lower half works well through swing, good contact skills. Worked out in the infield, fields through the ball well, gets around it and attacks it, shows range, quick release across the diamond clocked up to 74 mph. Also pitched, worked exclusively from the stretch, low three quarters slot release, fastball worked 73-76 mph and peaked at 77 mph with good arm side run, threw a good amount of strikes, also mixed in slider with solid tilt. Good student.
